The CinePearl Take
Johannsen’s direction is straightforward, letting the band’s own voices drive the narrative without heavy-handed narration. The pacing feels deliberate, allowing moments of quiet reflection to sit alongside the high‑octane concert clips, which makes the film feel balanced rather than just a highlight reel. While it doesn’t uncover groundbreaking new facts, the emotional honesty of the band members—especially Lukas’s candid talk about loss and fame—gives the documentary a genuine, human touch.
