The CinePearl Take

Salvador Calvo’s direction balances urgency with lyrical stillness, letting the landscape speak as loudly as the characters. The young lead, whose raw performance anchors the film, brings an innocence that makes the stakes feel immediate. While the pacing sometimes lingers, it rewards patience with moments of breathtaking visual poetry, and the film’s thematic crossover between migration and conservation feels both timely and timeless.
