The CinePearl Take
Director Abbas Yousefi leans into the film’s low‑budget roots, turning every cheap practical effect into a deliberate visual joke. The breakout performance comes from the unknown lead, whose dead‑pan delivery grounds the chaos and makes the audience care about the misfit team. While the pacing occasionally staggers in the middle act, the final showdown delivers a manic, satisfying crescendo that rewards the film’s relentless energy.
