The CinePearl Take

Director Milan Luthria keeps the pacing brisk, letting the chase sequences and set‑piece fights dominate the narrative while the Emergency backdrop adds a layer of stakes. Emraan Hashmi surprisingly steals several scenes with his sly, under‑world charm, and the film’s production design vividly recreates 1970s Delhi. Though the plot can feel formulaic, the chemistry among the ensemble and the stylised action choreography make it an entertaining ride.
