The CinePearl Take
Kalees’ direction is unrelenting, keeping the camera tight on the chaos and letting the city itself become a character. While the cast is anonymous, the ensemble delivers surprisingly committed performances that anchor the film’s relentless pace. Thematically, the movie explores loyalty and survival in a way that feels both familiar and fresh for the genre. However, the lack of a clear narrative arc may leave some viewers yearning for more structure.
