The CinePearl Take

Alia Bhatt shines as the determined Bhanumati, turning a stereotypical “damsel” into a relatable career‑driven heroine, while Varun Dhawan’s effortless charm keeps the film’s tone light. The pacing balances slapstick set‑pieces with quieter moments of self‑discovery, allowing the film to explore gender roles without losing its comedic spark. Ultimately, it’s a feel‑good showcase of modern love wrapped in colorful, song‑filled packaging.
