The CinePearl Take

Kankara’s debut showcases a surprisingly confident visual style, especially in the high‑speed chase sequences that feel both kinetic and intimate. Though the cast is largely unknown, the lead’s earnest performance grounds the film’s lofty aspirations. The pacing occasionally falters in the melodramatic subplots, yet the thematic focus on perseverance and community resilience shines through.
