The CinePearl Take

“Escondida en mi cabeza” is a daring exercise in subjective storytelling; García Lagos lets the audience piece together the puzzle as disjointed as the protagonist’s own recollections. The pacing is deliberately uneven, mirroring the character’s panic‑induced lapses, while the muted color palette heightens the feeling of being trapped inside one’s own skull. Though the cast remains anonymous, the lead’s raw, almost improvisational performance anchors the film’s chaotic aesthetic, making the emotional core unmistakably human.
