The CinePearl Take
Director Vinay Govind keeps the narrative brisk, never letting the story’s emotional beats feel sluggish. Unni Mukundan shines in his most vulnerable role yet, delivering a nuanced performance that balances comic timing with genuine anxiety. Nikhila Vimal’s chemistry with Mukundan feels effortlessly real, anchoring the film’s heart. While some subplots drift, the film’s sincere look at modern parenthood makes it a memorable addition to 2025’s lineup.
