The CinePearl Take

Directors Raj & DK inject a breezy, slacker energy into the narrative, letting the characters' banter drive the pace more than the scares. Vir Das shines as the neurotic narrator, while Saif Ali Khan’s cameo as a self‑absorbed DJ adds a perfect punch of satire. The film’s willingness to lampoon both Bollywood tropes and zombie clichés makes it a quirky cult‑favorite, even if the third act feels a touch rushed.
