The CinePearl Take

Director Álex Martín delivers a relentless pace that mirrors the characters’ growing desperation, while the lead—an anonymous every‑man—anchors the film with a haunting, wordless performance. The script’s sparse dialogue forces viewers to read meaning into the visual metaphors, making the theme of institutional abandonment feel both personal and universal. Though the narrative occasionally drifts into abstraction, the film’s bold aesthetic choices reward attentive viewers.
