The CinePearl Take
Director Lee Joon‑soo (hypothetical) injects relentless momentum into the film, but it’s the gritty performance of the lead—an ex‑cop‑turned‑teacher played by a rising star—that anchors the chaos with emotional weight. The choreography is crisp, especially the rooftop chase that showcases the students’ raw, unpolished talent. While the pacing occasionally spikes, the thematic undercurrent of systemic corruption versus youthful rebellion keeps the narrative grounded.
