The CinePearl Take

“Last Man in Tower” is a solid addition to the contemporary Indian drama canon, largely thanks to Bajpayee’s nuanced portrayal of a man caught between survival and principle. The pacing deliberately slows during the building’s communal meetings, allowing the audience to feel the mounting pressure, then accelerates as the legal battle erupts. While the script occasionally leans on familiar tropes, its honest depiction of middle‑class anxieties and the moral gray zones of property ownership give it lasting relevance.
