The CinePearl Take
The lead performance—anchored by a charismatic newcomer who channels Bachchan’s iconic bravado—carries the film’s emotional core while never losing its comic edge. Shankar’s direction keeps the narrative tight, with a brisk first half that builds momentum and a second half that balances spectacle with heartfelt moments. The soundtrack, courtesy of Thaman S, punctuates the action with pulsating beats that linger long after the credits roll.
