The CinePearl Take
Park Soo‑yeon delivers a breakout performance as Loh Kiwan, capturing both fierce determination and fragile vulnerability. The film’s deliberate pacing mirrors the protagonist’s internal rhythm, allowing quiet moments to speak louder than dialogue. Themes of memory, family expectation, and self‑definition are explored with a subtlety that rewards repeat viewings.
