The CinePearl Take
The film’s breakout lead, a charismatic newcomer, carries the story with an earnest charm that feels both relatable and magnetic. Director Luiza Ramos balances rapid‑fire jokes with quieter moments of self‑reflection, letting the city itself become a character. While the pacing occasionally skids on predictable tropes, the underlying theme of reclaiming one’s identity after loss shines through, making “Perdida” more than just a light‑hearted fling.
