Why Watch This

Rakky plunges into the criminal underworld against the backdrop of election politics, following a skilled mercenary caught in a dangerous assassination mission. What initially appears to be another assignment gradually becomes more complicated as hidden agendas, betrayals and Rakky's own past begin to surface. The film combines underworld violence with political intrigue and a high-stakes survival story.

Best For

Best suited for viewers who enjoy Kannada crime thrillers, gangster stories and action-driven underworld dramas. It will particularly appeal to audiences looking for assassins, political power struggles, criminal networks, betrayals, revenge and a stylish central gangster character.

The CinePearl Take

Rakky uses the intersection of election politics and organised crime to create its central conflict. The protagonist is not presented as a conventional gangster, but as a professional mercenary whose loyalty is tested when the mission becomes increasingly complicated. Its combination of political intrigue, criminal power struggles and action gives the film a distinctly gritty Kannada crime-thriller identity.
