The CinePearl Take

Director Vito García Viedma crafts an atmosphere of dread that feels more like a nightmare you can’t turn off than a polished studio thriller. The makeshift performances, especially the lead’s panicked improvisation, add a raw edge that compensates for the modest production values. While the plot occasionally stumbles into familiar snuff‑film tropes, the relentless pacing and unsettling sound design keep the audience on edge, making the film a noteworthy entry in the sub‑genre.
