The CinePearl Take
Khalid Rahman's direction injects a kinetic energy that never lets the narrative lag, while the ensemble—especially Kunchacko Boban’s surprisingly volatile turn—adds layers to the street‑war backdrop. The film’s pacing is relentless, but it pauses just enough to let the underlying theme of loyalty versus ambition breathe. By the final twist, Thallumaala feels less like a conventional action flick and more like a study of how quickly camaraderie can dissolve into bloodshed.
