The CinePearl Take
Erler’s debut showcases a razor‑sharp visual style, using cold neon lighting to mirror the protagonist’s moral decay. The unnamed lead—delivered with a raw, haunted intensity—anchors the film’s emotional core, making the audience feel every ounce of his desperation. While the pacing occasionally stalls in its meditative moments, the payoff in the final act is both shocking and profoundly moving, underscoring the film’s meditation on memory and accountability.
