The CinePearl Take
Saleh Bakri delivers a hauntingly restrained performance, embodying the quiet desperation of a man turned exhibit. The film’s pacing oscillates between languid, contemplative moments and sudden bursts of absurdity, mirroring the unpredictable nature of exile. Its central theme—art as both salvation and exploitation—remains provocatively relevant, making the viewing experience both intellectually and emotionally charged.
