Why Watch This
A chaotic holiday road‑trip that pits a well‑meaning dad against a series of absurd mishaps, all while delivering punchy Spanish humor and heartfelt family moments. If you love a comedy that balances slapstick with genuine sentiment, this sequel doubles down on the charm.
Best For
Family comedy fans, Spanish film lovers, Holiday viewers, Fans of Santiago Segura, Light‑hearted binge‑watchers
The CinePearl Take
Joaquín Mazón’s direction keeps the pacing brisk, letting each set‑piece—whether a runaway sleigh or a misguided karaoke showdown—land with a laugh. Santiago Segura shines as the over‑enthusiastic dad, delivering his trademark physical comedy while surprisingly tapping into tender moments with his on‑screen kids. Ernesto Sevilla provides the perfect foil, his dead‑pan delivery grounding the film’s more outlandish set‑ups. Though the script leans on familiar holiday tropes, the chemistry of the ensemble makes the familiar feel fresh.
