Thriller fans, Home‑invasion enthusiasts, Fans of psychological suspense, Spanish‑language film lovers, Late‑night viewers
The CinePearl Take
Pastor’s debut is anchored by a hauntingly restrained lead performance—though the actor remains uncredited, the protagonist’s silent dread speaks louder than dialogue. The film’s pacing is methodical, allowing each creak and shadow to build dread without resorting to cheap jump‑scares. Themes of isolation and the erosion of personal space feel especially resonant in a post‑pandemic world, even if the script sometimes leans on genre clichés.
