The CinePearl Take
Pedro Geraldo’s debut showcases a hauntingly beautiful visual palette that mirrors Sofia’s internal desolation. The unnamed lead delivers a nuanced performance, conveying grief with barely‑there gestures that linger long after the scene ends. The pacing is deliberately unhurried, allowing the audience to sit with the character’s pain, though at times the narrative drifts, testing patience. Its meditation on memory versus moving on resonates powerfully.
