Why Watch This
Salman Khan’s high‑energy double‑role as two clueless twins drives the film’s slap‑slap comedy, while David Dhawan’s signature over‑the‑top direction keeps the laughs coming. Add in a soundtrack that still pops on retro playlists, and you’ve got a quintessential 90s Bollywood rom‑com.
Best For
Bollywood comedy fans, 90s nostalgia, Double‑role lovers, Family movie night, Fans of Salman Khan
The CinePearl Take
Salman Khan delivers a surprisingly nuanced performance, differentiating the innocent Raju from the brash Raja with distinct body language and vocal quirks. Kader Khan’s seasoned comic timing provides the perfect foil, especially in the courtroom farce. The film’s pacing is relentless, rarely giving the audience a breather, which amplifies the chaotic charm. Though formulaic, its heart‑warming theme of brotherly bond shines through the chaos.
