The CinePearl Take
Lucio Castro’s signature improvisational style shines, especially in the chaotic night‑market sequence where the camera never stops moving. newcomer Somchai Phanich’s breakout performance as a street‑vendor poet grounds the film’s wild energy with quiet sincerity. While the pacing occasionally sprints too fast, the thematic thread of belonging amid urban overload remains compelling throughout.
