Why Watch This

Best For
Horror fans, Resident Evil fans, Biopunk enthusiasts, Action lovers, Zombie movie buffs, 90s nostalgia seekers
The CinePearl Take
Johannes Roberts leans into the source material’s claustrophobic terror, but the pacing occasionally stumbles in the middle act. Avan Jogia’s portrayal of Chris Redfield adds a grounded, reluctant‑hero vibe that anchors the chaos. The film’s strongest moments are its practical gore effects, which remind us why the original games felt so unsettling.
