Why Watch This
Tinnitus fuses the raw intensity of a sports drama with a creeping horror premise, tracking a rising boxer whose concussion leaves him plagued by an unending ringing in his ears. The film turns that relentless noise into a visceral metaphor for self‑doubt and obsession, delivering a tightly wound, atmospheric experience that keeps you perched on the edge of every round.

The CinePearl Take
Gregorio Graziosi’s direction is unapologetically intimate, letting the protagonist’s inner turmoil echo louder than any crowd roar. The unnamed lead delivers a raw, trembling performance that makes the invisible menace of tinnitus feel palpably terrifying. Though the training sequences occasionally lag, the climactic sound design—where the ringing swells into a full‑bodied dread—cements the film’s haunting impact.
