The CinePearl Take
Lindholm’s restrained pacing lets the dread build slowly, rewarding patience with moments of raw panic. Roland Møller delivers a gritty, grounded performance as the ship’s captain, embodying both authority and vulnerability. The film’s stark realism and focus on the human cost of piracy elevate it beyond a conventional action set‑piece, making it a compelling study of negotiation under fire.
