The CinePearl Take
Reynolds shines as the cocky bodyguard Michael Bryce, delivering snappy one‑liners that never feel forced. Jackson, as the relentless hitman Darius Kincaid, grounds the chaos with a surprisingly tender undercurrent. The film’s breakneck pacing never lets the momentum dip, though at times the script leans on slap‑stick tropes. At its core, the movie explores how two sworn enemies can become reluctant allies when the stakes are high enough.
