The CinePearl Take
Shahid Kapoor delivers a tour‑de‑force, convincingly embodying two starkly different personalities with distinct accents and mannerisms. Bhardwaj’s kinetic editing—especially the split‑screen sequences—keeps the tension razor‑sharp, while the film’s gritty cinematography captures Mumbai’s neon‑lit menace. Priyanka Chopra adds a layer of sultry intrigue, but it’s the brothers’ fractured bond that anchors the drama, making Kaminey a compelling study of loyalty and chaos.
