The CinePearl Take
The film’s strongest asset is the chemistry between its leads, especially the subtle, lingering glances that convey more than dialogue. Director Ahmed Al‑Mansour paces the story deliberately, allowing the tension between familial expectations and personal desire to simmer. While the script occasionally leans on familiar tropes, the authentic backdrop and nuanced performances elevate it into a fresh, region‑specific love story.
