The CinePearl Take
Kim Hyung‑hyup walks a tightrope between reverent choral moments and brutal underworld action, and for the most part he lands the balance. Park Si‑hoo delivers a brooding, layered performance that anchors the film, while Jeong Jin‑woon’s unexpected singing adds genuine vulnerability. The pacing stutters in the second act, but the climactic choir sequence rewards patience with a cathartic, resonant payoff.
