Why Watch This

The film’s sharp, Malayalam‑flavored dialogue and unexpected twists keep the tension high from start to finish.

The CinePearl Take

Indraneel Gopalakrishnan and Rahul G craft a stylish neo‑noir that feels both locally grounded and universally gritty. Dhyan Sreenivasan shines as Detective Ujjwalan, balancing world‑weary cynicism with flashes of vulnerable humanity, while Siju Wilson provides a charismatic foil as the street‑wise informant. The pacing is deliberately measured, allowing the atmospheric set‑pieces to breathe, and the film’s meditation on systemic corruption adds a resonant thematic layer beyond the mystery.
