The CinePearl Take
Prarthana Behere delivers a quietly ferocious performance, anchoring the film with a blend of vulnerability and steel. Ajay Mayekar’s direction balances measured pacing with moments of raw emotional intensity, never allowing the narrative to feel preachy. The supporting cast—especially Abhijeet Khandkekar’s understated brother—adds depth, while the soundtrack weaves traditional folk motifs into the modern story.
