The CinePearl Take
Wallas Eaton delivers a haunting turn as the skeptical lawyer drawn into the mystery, anchoring the film’s increasingly surreal narrative. Weir’s pacing is deliberately languid, allowing the unsettling visions to seep into the viewer’s subconscious. The film’s central theme—human hubris confronting forces beyond comprehension—resonates powerfully in today’s climate‑anxious world.
