The CinePearl Take
Director Apoorva Lakhia injects the classic tale with kinetic energy, but the film’s pacing wavers in the second act, letting the momentum slip. Sanjay Dutt’s turn as the ruthless crime lord is a standout, radiating menace that elevates the material. Ram Charan’s brooding intensity anchors the revenge arc, while Priyanka Chopra adds a surprising layer of vulnerability to the love interest.
