The CinePearl Take
Director Moti B. Gidwani may be obscure, but his ambition shines through in the film’s bold use of colour, turning ordinary village scenes into a vivid tableau. While the narrative drifts at a leisurely pace, the thematic focus on agrarian struggles feels surprisingly resonant today. The lack of a known cast is offset by the sheer historical weight the film carries, making it a must‑watch for anyone interested in the evolution of Indian filmmaking.
