The CinePearl Take
Mussanje Mahesh’s direction is unflinching, letting the story breathe through long takes that heighten the sense of claustrophobia inside the college corridors. The lead performance—though the actor is uncredited—captures a quiet desperation that anchors the film’s emotional core. While the pacing occasionally stalls, it mirrors the bureaucratic sluggishness the narrative critiques, making the eventual climax feel earned.
