Why Watch This
Moon immerses you in a stark, near‑future lunar outpost where the line between reality and hallucination blurs. Director Kurdwin Ayub crafts a slow‑burn psychological thriller that leans on visual poetry rather than cheap jump‑scares.
Best For
Sci‑fi fans, Space enthusiasts, Mood watchers, Indie film lovers, Thriller fans
The CinePearl Take
Ayub’s debut shines thanks to a breakout turn by the unnamed lead, whose quiet desperation anchors the film’s eerie atmosphere. The pacing is deliberately measured, allowing the isolation of the moon to seep into every frame. Themes of corporate exploitation and personal grief resonate long after the credits roll.
