The CinePearl Take
Lee Jae‑wook steals the spotlight, balancing bedside genius with a haunted past that fuels the show’s moral ambiguity. Shin Ye‑eun shines as the diligent intern whose steady curiosity gradually unravels the hidden agenda. The pacing spikes into frantic urgency during operating‑room set‑pieces, yet the series maintains a tight narrative arc that probes ethical compromise and the personal cost of brilliance.
