Why Watch This

Seeing two of Indian cinema’s biggest icons—Rajinikanth and Aamir Khan—share screen time is a rarity that fuels the film’s core appeal. The movie blends high‑octane action with a 1990s Bollywood melodrama, delivering the kind of over‑the‑top thrills that defined the era.

Best For

Action fans, 90s nostalgia, Rajinikanth devotees, Aamir Khan admirers, Bollywood drama lovers, Heist movie enthusiasts

The CinePearl Take

Rajinikanth’s larger‑than‑life screen presence carries the most chaotic set pieces, while Aamir Khan offers a surprisingly restrained counterpoint that hints at deeper emotional stakes. The pacing swings between relentless chase sequences and drawn‑out melodramatic interludes, which can feel uneven but keeps the adrenaline pumping. At its heart, the film tries to comment on the absurdity of terrorism through a tongue‑in‑cheek lens, a theme that lands better in hindsight than on its original release.
